We get it — sometimes things just don’t go as planned. That’s why at Ambivalent, we’ve got a simple, stress-free return policy to keep you swinging with confidence.

✅ 30-Day Return Window

If you’re not 100% happy with your golf balls, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send them back for a refund or exchange. No fuss.

📦 Condition of Returns

  • Golf balls must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • If there’s a defect or quality issue, we’ll replace or refund you even if the box is opened.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check your return.

  • Prefer to shop again? Choose store credit and we’ll throw in a little bonus from time to time 😉.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, return shipping is on us.

  • If you’re just changing your mind, return shipping is on you.

🎨 Custom Orders

Golf balls with personalised messages or designs are final sale (unless defective).

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Ship it back, and we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days of receiving it.
