We like to keep shipping simple, fast, and stress-free — because you should spend more time on the course and less time waiting for your gear.

🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

  • We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

📦 Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 3–7 business days.

  • Express delivery (if available at checkout): 1–3 business days.

  • International orders: delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can’t control courier delays (weather, public holidays, etc.), but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or order amounts — keep an eye out 😉.

🌏 International Orders

  • Some countries may charge import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do our best to make sure orders clear customs smoothly, but delays can happen.

🏌️ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and make sure you get your order.

✏️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t replace orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.
